The Cute one!

I love the cute so much! I can wear it with anything! A skirt, a pair of trousers or shorts, and when I'm all 'suit up'! they're so cute! a bowtie finish on the top makes it just perfect!

Back to my roots

At 6am, I was awakened by this crowd (Summer Camp Girls), shouting follow the leader! :) It was morning in school, my Alma mater, Wesley Girls High School. Where high school girls from schools all over Ghana, had gathered to do their early morning exercise. It was a sight to behold! and it gave me some nostalgia of my time in Wesley Girls High School, a school which has trained me to be disciplined. We (Some Old Girls) had been called upon by Mrs. Betty Djokoto(Head Mistress,WGHS) to take part in this year's Summer Camp 2011 to exhibit our products and to be an inspiration to the young ladies. The programme featured 31 Girls' Schools including Wesley Girls High School, Mfantsiman High School, Yaa Asantewaa Girls, Aburi Girls High School, Holy Child School, Ola Girls High School , Ho, Accra Girls' Senior High School, Ola Girl High School, Kenyasi, St. Louis Girls Senior High School, St Roses Girls Senior High School, Tamale Girls Senior High School, and many more.
The girls have gathered to learn from each other and from their predecessors. Yours truly, SEphA was there to display her talent, as well as Rowena Adjivon CEO at RowVon, Nancy Ackam CEO at Leonidas, and Esi Quansah (Architect)
We are most excited to be an inspiration to our junior ones and to celebrate women entrepreneurs in the fashion industry which has been far ignored. For us designers, this is just the beginning of directing the government's focus to our industry to improve this sector, as the Minister of Education Betty Mould Iddrisu was invited.

We are glad to be part of this exciting venture, Forum of Heads of Girls Senior High Schools (FOHGSHS)... Summer Camp 2011. Theme: Creativity and Entrepreneurship; The Gold in Her Fingers!
